How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

    We ship via QXPRESS, DHL, and FedEx, depending on your destination.

    — Depending on the country of delivery, we may request additional information for shipping purposes, such as resident ID, CPF, or CF number.
    — Please be aware that customers are responsible for any import taxes and duties charged upon delivery.
    — According to the shipping company's policy, there may be certain areas where delivery is not possible.
    In such cases, individual notifications will be provided, and orders may be canceled accordingly.
    — Depending on the country, package tracing may not be available, and claiming compensation from the shipping carrier for undelivered items may not be possible.
    — If the shipment is returned due to customer-related issues, such as incorrect delivery information or absence during delivery attempts,
    the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for the return and reshipment of the item.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
All return shipping costs, except for cases due to product defects, will be the customer's responsibility.
Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be processed.

— Pre-order items, Limited items, Customized items
— Items that are damaged or missing components from its original condition
(not-including opened package for checking items)
— Items with labels/tags removed
— Items with signs of use, such as wear, washing, or repairing
— Opened CDs/vinyl/cassettes/DVDs (not-including defective items)
— Differences in color representation due to variations in monitors are not considered valid reasons for returns

Refunds

After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be processed through the payment method used for the original purchase.
Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
